We started looking for a property in late 2022 with another realtor. When we did eventually find a property we wanted to make an offer on the realtor told us that unless our present home was already sold our offer would not be accepted. Thankfully we went with Scott of the Andy Alger team and found a perfect new construction which we moved into after the sale of our previous home. Scott was always helpful encouraging.

Andy and his team are absolutely amazing! From start to finish, NO hiccups or problems at all!! Andy was always and willing to answer any questions. If he wasn’t going to be available, he was sure to tell you and, when he would be available again! Andy’s attention to detail is perfect. Things we wouldnt think of asking for to ensure our new home was perfect. 10+/10

Purchasing a home with a detailed wishlist and specific budget seemed nearly impossible. Within a few months the Andy Alger team found us just what we needed in a lovely neighborhood. We never had a single hassle with the accommodating, friendly agent, Scott. He ALWAYS arrived before the set time and ALWAYS got answers to our questions expediently. We have a had the most delightful, stress free time! It was like searching for a home with friends! We have purchased many homes over the years but never had such a positive buying experience.

My experience with the Andy Alger Team was amazing! Karrie, Andy and Lynette made me feel comfortable and prepared each step of the process. Karrie did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and helping me stay focused on my must have list. The team felt like family.

In our very first meeting we could see why and are so glad we chose him and his team to sell our home! We accepted a full price offer the day we listed. Our property was split between two different counties, which gave us a few set backs. Andy and his team worked diligently to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. It definitely felt like working with a professional team of friends. The communication was always timely and pleasant with even a few laughs along the way!

Andy and his team were amazing helping my mom buy a new condo. I was very nervous trying to help from NC. Andy and his team answered every crazy email/text/call I had. When it was time to move, Andy gave me references for every thing I needed to get done, movers, cleaners, locksmith….
